Be specific where you can be

To help us provide an accurate quote be exact as you can be about the scale and scope of the project. Let us know if you have brand guidelines you'd like us to work from or not. Give expected number of pages that need designing, and tell us how much content information you will be providing, for example high resolution pictures and written text.

 

If you don't know exactly whats needed

If your unsure on what exactly is needed, and want us to help you work this out, let us know this and give rough information on the problem and the desired outcome. We'll give it some thought and send you some budget figures for the various options.

 

What if your requirements change?

Any subsequent changes to the agreed brief, once
the project has started, may change the price. For example if we quote to produce a 12 page brochure and during the process of the job you end up needing 20 pages to fit in your content, this will increase the price. We always advise at the earliest opportunity,
so you are aware of price changes.

 

We require acceptance of the budget or a PO.

Work will start only when we have received either a purchase order for the quoted amount, or an e-mail confirming your acceptance of the budget.

 

Standard Terms

Work is normally invoiced for payment within 14 days. Lengthy projects (6 weeks or more) will be part-invoiced either in stages, or for an agreed percentage of the total sum quoted. Where a client or agency delays the project, we reserve the right to invoice work undertaken to date. All new clients are sent a proforma invoice for 50% of the first stage of the project fee.

  1. Brand strategy - We research and analyse your organisation and market and make recommendations on the brand direction.
  2. Creative proposals - We give an on-screen presentation showing 3 options of the design elements mocked up over a stationery set and website etc.
  3. Design development - From your feedback we refine and develop the preferred option until you are satisfied it communicates the collective spirit of your organisation perfectly.
